A tour around city centre’s secret and not so secret graveyards telling tales on the deceased. The tour reveal how when you think are alone in the city you have company with you – just underneath your feet. Some old graveyards are well-known, such as Angel Meadow and St John’s Gardens, some remain secret places or lost places – now found. Come on this tour to discover and describe those who live beneath, the paupers, the poor and the not so poor. Discover Manchester, the necropolis.
