TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please turn up to tours at least five minutes before they start.
Please dress appropriately for the tour. If it’s a cold day then dress for a cold day. Wear sensible footwear.
Tours involve walking, if you are worried about the distance covered please email for more details.
Intoxicated guests will not be allowed on tours.
Your Paypal receipt usually acts as your ticket.
Please check the website 24 hours before any tour to make sure it is going ahead. It will be going ahead unless there are notes on the relevant webpage to say it isn't.
Refunds, gift vouchers and alternative tours will be offered if the guide doesn’t turn up and no notice has been given.
Gift vouchers and alternative tours or dates will be offered if a principal venue cancels in circumstances outside the guide's control.
Usually if the guest can’t take the tour for whatever reason they can arrange to come on the tour (or another tour) at a later occasion as long as they email or text. They will be allowed to come free of charge.
For corporate groups usually I take a 20% advance upon booking and the remainder on delivery of the tour. Cancellations a week in advance will incur the full fee, before that time they will incur no free.
A minimum of six people is required on tours for the tour to go ahead.
